- Major health issues with this apartment building. Numerous if calls have been made to inspectional services and city of Boston. Inspectional services showed and said that they would do a follow up. The Board of Health needs to come in and do a mold and mildew test and air-quality test. The living conditions in this building are dangerous to the tenants. A recent report for mass save shows that the repairs done to the roof are not safe. Why has an instructional services follow through? It's about time they get over and inspect the entire building both apartments. His landlord does not care about the living conditions for his tenets.
