- Trash out in front of 28 E Springfield St. since Friday afternoon. This is the 3rd weekend in a row that a building on the street has put trash out on the weekend. The other two time the trash was cleaned up but the buildings weren't cited. Can you please start citing these people? If there are no consequences why would anyone bother to follow the trash days? Can we all just put our trash out whenever it is convenient?
