- Caller is reporting that lots 4&5 have been changed to two hour parking which greatly impacts residents. Now there will be no where to park for visitors, snow storms, street cleaning, etc. These parking lots were supposed to help enjoy the community regarding time restraints and this hinders the experience. Menino dedicated this parking lot to the community.
