- Constituent reports that owner parks commercial box trucks in his yard. They rev the engines very early in the morning. He is avoiding getting citations because he parks them there after 5 or 6pm and moves them onto the street before 7am. Requesting Code Enforcement come by because this is an ongoing problem. |
