Other | Details: [1. Both downspouts fell off between last winter and this spring, Gutters are severely leaky and each winter huge icicles crash right in front of the door making the entrance completely impassable. Additionally there are wires hanging off the side of the building that Eversource determined are the landlord's responsibility. The corner outside molding under the bedroom is broken off potentially allowing passage to rodents during the winter. 2. The bathroom has mold coming through the paint that has been getting worse in the last year. I am concerned it is black mold which is very hazardous to our health. They just painted over it when we moved in and now it is growing through the paint. The ventilation in the bathroom is very poor. Additionally, the ventilation is shared by the apartment behind us which means that if the neighbor smokes inside his apartment, mine gets filled with smoke. Doug MacDonald, assured me he would take care of it within a week, that was three months ago, and I have not heard from him since. I have called Doug MacDonald (property owner) countless times about these problems and pointed this out to his workers when they have been around to do other work. The response has been that they will take care of it sometime, and most recently that they "don't have time to fix anything, because they are too busy working on other properties". Landlord does not return calls or come around to look at these problems, but has raised the rent. I am very worried that the gutters will fall down under the weight right over our heads, and about our side exit (which is also our emergency exit) getting iced in again and too dangerous to go out and dig because of falling ice from the roof.] Exact location: [Side entrance (was 23 Jamaica St.) red door and inside apartment 1]
