- Other | Details: [Since James Gate closed, the parking lot, which was formerly simply filled with cars, seems to have been regularly occupied by a few homeless people. Walking past the parking lot, and the adjacent lot (behind the travel agency) used to be nothing to notice, but lately there are often people drinking, urinating, or sleeping in the back part of the lot, especially behind the little shed.
