Case Resolved. Dear Constituent,

The Boston Public Works Construction Inspection Unit (CIU) Inspector investigated and determined the following:

The sidewalk engineer states that the repair made by the BWSC contractor meets City specifications.

The little chip on one of the adjacent flag that they placed concrete in does not meet the standard of having an entire flag dug out and done over.

The adjacent flags have no major cracking and are not trip hazards.
