- The nature of the problem: [The bricks on the sidewalk in front of 32, 34 and 36 Union Park, as well as bricks near the tree at 42 Union Park are popping up and are very hazardous causing people to trip, and in some cases fall. This is dangerous not only because people can be hurt, but also a danger to the City, because people are "sue-crazy" and may file a lawsuit against the City.
