- Bricks | The nature of the problem: [Constituent reports there is a patch of asphalt surrounding the fire hydrant at this address. The sidewalk was orignally brick, but after the removal of the hydrant, asphalt was used to patch up the work. The sidewalk is uneven, and the constituent is requesting the restoration of brick on this sidewalk. UPDATE 5/16/16 Caller states that sidewalk has not been restored.]
