Description: Caller is reporting an ongoing issue where BPD/BTD are ticketing her constantly for having her car stick out of the driveway, and onto "city property", but when she called the city to fix this section, they came out and told her they measured the area, and found that it is her property. So they won't fix it, but ticket her all the time for blocking city property. She is unable to get any assistance on this issue, and got screamed at by somebody in the parking clerks office.
