Property conditions interfere with sidewalk passage | Details: [Someone from Blackbird Doughnuts at 492 Tremont Street put a sidewalk message board sign in the middle of the sidewalk. They also put a park bench on the sidewalk, against the storefront. This has been reported and they do it again. Thank you.] Exact location: [492 Tremont Street, South End]
