- Boston property owners providing mattress addresses for out of towners, decreasing the chances for city residents to gain city employment. I hope there are thorough background checks to ensure that applicants have lived in Boston for the amount of time required for city employment. It might be a good idea for ISD to check these rented rooms to ensure we don't have illegal rooming houses.
