- The constituent says that her license plate was stolen and she filed a police report, but she keeps getting parking tickets because whoever stole her license plate is parking illegally. She says that BPD, the Office of the Parking Clerk, and the RMV directed her to each other, and upon speaking to each department they said they cannot help. She cannot dissociate her name from the license plate without paying the tickets, but she is not the one who parked illegally and garnered the tickets.
