Case Resolved | Excavated two bases. Removed 2 aluminum posts. LP#'s 24 and 25, and replaced them with twin 100w LED acorn posts. Pulled new cable in both posts. Spliced and insulated all cables in pull boxes. Adjusted LED acorns and checked out units. Dropped off 4 gallons of black paint and one can of thinner, so they can paint themselves.
