- Who put the cone there?? Was it the neighbors or was it the city. Also, there is over a thousand "no parking" signs over the city. Why do you feel the need to put the cone down there and not around any others around the city??? Please answer that question!

Case Noted | The cone is placed there most likely by the State house because some people ignore the signs and when they park in that spot trucks are unable to make the turn onto Mt Vernon St .
