- What is the nature of the problem: [EDNAS AUTOBODY New ownership Same results Vents are spraying toxic fumes throughout the neighborhood from 8 am until 8 pm The city says this is LEGAL There are rules and Guidelines that are not being enforced The mayors ordinance on Autobody shops is not being adhered too It states that the shop should not have an unhealthy impact on its surrounding neighborhood City officials should read the ordinance Maybe that might help But I doubt it]
