- Litter, litter and more litter. Every morning it looks like there was a house party in the parking lot. Trash EVERYWHERE that blows into the abutting neighborhoods/yards. I know this is a privately owned lot but how is anything ever going to change if it's not noted? Is there ANY way to find the owner of the savers/dollar store lot? It has become a HUGE problem. Not only is there litter, but there's loitering, graffiti and new this week... panhandlers!
