Description
What is the nature of the problem: [The person who lived in this property passed away several years ago. The property is currently in disrepair, it is covered in trash and has become a breeding ground for bugs and rodents which have bit some of the locals living nearby. The constituent has called in to report this address many times over the past few years and nothing has happened, and she is very frustrated at the lack of response to this property.]
