- Exactly my point cases just get closed out St Andrew Rd in East Boston has PF Barone plowing street . They are plowing in driveways and INTENTIONALLY piling snow where residents have already shoveled. When the resident asks them to stop the driver laughs at them and continues to make pile bigger . Calling 311 the customer service rep said there is nothing that can be done . Need more information it's a yellow plow license plate S95927. Need more information???? Or will this be closed out with nothing done ?
