Description
Years ago a tree was planted in front of 138 Marginal St. The tree has been since removed. At the present time it was used as a planter. The planter is no longer being utilized for flowers. Is being used as a toilet for dogs. At the moment there is a pile of dog poop in it; there's poop on the sidewalk and it's quite disgusting. Could someone please come by and fill this in with cement. No tree please again no tree please please fill in the hole with cement
