- Farrah's cafe and restaurant dumping water and chemicals in the parking lot behind business. Cooking food with the door to the kitchen open. Trash all over the parking lot. Dumpster left open, overflowing with trash. Birds and rodents in and out of dumpster freely. Tried to park here to drop the kids off yesterday was disgusted.
