- Constituent is reporting a reoccuring issue when everytime it rains it floods really badly. It potentially can be caused by the roadway structure. This issue has been communicated to BPW. The constituent now does have video proof of the high levels of flooding on this street. This is not caused by a catchbasin. UPDATE: Constituent would like to talk to somebody for Public Works so she can send them the video footage she took | Cause of damage: [Other] Type of repair: [Other]

Case Noted | THIS IS A DUPLICATE OF AN EXISTING CASE. THE CITY IS AWARE OF AN ISSUE, BUT IT IS NOT A PWD ISSUE. THE NATURAL TERRAIN OF THE STREET PUSHES THE WATER TO THIS CATCH BASIN. LEAVES AND DEBRIS SOMETIME BLOCK IT. IF THERE IS TOO MUCH WATER FOR THE CATCH BASIN, THEN IT IS A BWSC ISSUE.
