Case Noted. Street cleaning has been ongoing in West Roxbury this year since the beginning of April. Running Brook and Westmoor are private ways and are not swept on a weekly basis. PWD sweeps these streets (private ways) once a year, usually after the winter and that is it. Abutters are responsible for the maintenance and repairs to their streets and sidewalks (private ways). As for Desoto and Woodley, PWD is sending a Sweeper to clean these 2 streets today, but they are usually done on Mondays, which PWD is trying to keep on schedule. Desoto and Woodley were swept last Monday by a City Sweeper.

Description
No street cleaning in West Roxbury this year. It used to happen every Monday, but it hasn't happened at all this year. Not sure if this is something that has changed, but they haven't been sweeping in this neighborhood. I know there is no posting but they used to do what they called a "open street cleaning". The streets are desoto, running brook rd, westmoor& woodley. I would appreciate if it was something that you looked into, because these streets need a little sweep. Thank you.
