- Constituent called and reported that there is a loose manhole cover withing 20-30 ft. of this intersection. He says that every time someone drives over it it's making a loud clanging sound. He said that it's located on the left hand side of the street as you are driving down Park Plaza headed twords the intersection of Columbus ave. |
