- This car was parked outside 425 W 4th Street (not their car) on street sweeping day, TODAY. He and several others got tickets. One car got towed; this car was allowed to stay until 10:02 - one hour and 2 minutes past the posted time until someone came and drove off in it. He seriously cut into the sweeper's schedule. Who is this person and what were the extenuating circumstances that caused this to be allowed? Bad look for the City. He should be told to get on the tow/sweeper online notification emails. If it were my car, it would have been towed.
