Description: Constituent is filing a claim with the city for a ditch that is located next to the sidewalk in front of 135 Humboldt Ave (William Trotter school). Around 6:30am (in the dark) on 11/20/18, she was attempting to park her car in the parking lot of the school, when her car fell into a ditch next to the sidewalk. She says that the ditch pulled off the entire front bumper, exposing the part under the bumper completely. She notes that part of the sidewalk was missing, and the rain made it difficult to see the ditch, which she speculates contributed to the damage to her car.
