- Problem: [Constituent called and reported that there is a large staircase that is directly across from the mbta station on Columbia rd. He would like it if the city could installights at the base of the stairs because there is currently no lights at all. He said that this makes the staircase completely dark and dangerous so the staicase cannot be utilized like it should be.]
