- I'm writing in regards to "Bill" who sweeps Hanover Street in the North End. I have owned a business in the area since 2011 and it's been a pleasure to have Bill in the area on a daily basis. His positive attitude and upbeat personality truly has made a positive impact on the community. He is an absolute JOY. Excellent hire city of Boston!
