Case Resolved. National Grid is working on a grade 1 leak at the Paul Revere house and several gas lanterns 9n North sq. Unfortunately when a leak is rated a grade 1 it is necessary to excavate around the clock...the city apologizes for this necessary utilty construction disturbance thank you for using the BOS 311 application.
