- From Park Plaza Hotel, all the way past MJ O'Connors and Au Bon Pain (26 Park Plaza thru 50 Park Plaza) there are hundreds of cigarette butts all over the sidewalks. The hotel, the restaurants and the waiting cab drivers are causing this litter. The hotel and restaurants need to provide safe receptacles for the smokers! Code enforcement
