- What is the name of the bridge: [North Washington St./Water St.: (B-16-016)] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent called and reported that there are two metal plates that are located on the North washington st. bridge heading into charlestown that have become seperated. She said that due to this every time a cr drives over it it makes a very loud clanging sound and she can here it over and over again from her apartment. She said that she knows that the bridge is being worked on but wants to know if the two plates can be welded back together to fix the noise issue.]
