- This is on City Hall Plaza directly across the street from the entrance to three Center Plaza. You can't miss it. I have seen tall people hit their face on it. Maybe that should be pruned before somebody actually loses an eye. My recommendation would be to send a tree crew through and take off anything that is lower than 6 1/2 or 7 feet on all the trees. If it's accessible drunken idiots will jump up and hang from them. Causing them to break and this to happen again..
