- Lately we have an A LOT of litter in our neighborhood, especially on trash collection days. It seems to be getting worse and worse. I consistently find trash scattered up and down the streets and sidewalks. In addition to this persistent problem, today, the street cleaner arrived 4 hours early!! Most of the vehicles were still parked on the street!! It is pointless to run the street cleaner while the cars are parked, and most of the trash is still all along the curbs and sidewalks.
