- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent living next to Stratford Street United Church said that the church has compost barrels that are not being emptied once a week, as they claimed they would be. Container is full of liquids, which falls onto the grass and the pavement when collected (maybe because of the heat). Should be collected more often.]
