- What is the nature of the problem: [Restaurant next door, Las Palmas Restaurant has over flowing dumpsters in the back of establishment. I have seen rats and the smell is over powering and I have to keep my apartment windows close, I have young children and i am afraid of them getting bitten by rats. Spoke to the owner of the property's and asked her to tell her about it she has spoken to restaurant owner to fix it and she has refused. Car can't use parking lot behind building becasuse there is too much trash and the rats.]
