- I was told by the 911 operator last night (1130pm) that an officer would be sent over to the illegally parked car and it's 10am and the car is still here. I noted there are elderly residents who if, god forbid, require emergency services in the middle of the night would need an ambulance and a fire engine. This car blocked any access for those emergency vehicles to get up the street the entire night. Can 311 now handle this during the day please? I'm incredibly disappointed by lack of action...
