Description
This is the dead end of the alley south of Shawmut between W. Springfield and Mass Ave. I just walked the alley with your employee last Friday. We sighted and he picked up every syringe and cap present. Already there are a few syringes, one filled with a murky liquid. If This alley is not secured it seems it will be a daily event for your staff.
