- Weed fest campers. Day3! I fail to understand why hemp fest people need to be camping on the Common. The tents that are still up (these pictures were taken between 6:45-7:15 this morning) in the park have no merchandise in them. The campers are no where near them anyway. Why would we allow people to set up a campsite, park their cars, trucks and campers on the grass and sleep there. I thought this was a 1 day permit. This is now day 3.
