Needle Cleanup

Description: Re-entering same issue from last night. Saw needles again at 4:30 pm. I didn't have my phone to take a photo. I'm uploading a screen shot of the location with the target marker in the location of the needles in case it is not congruent with the address this system registers. This is the lot that runs from Shawmut to Washington. It has a gate in the Shawmut side. There is a parking clerk near the Washington side. There is a low garage like building on one side and the Lucas Church building on the other side, with an empty lot in between. The needles are in the grass near the chain link fence dividing the empty lot near the church from this lot. Thank you
