- Hi - so consistently, every morning between 7-8am, all of the visitor spots fill up with cars from all over the place (not just in our neighborhood) with people parking for the day for free and walking to pick up the bus downtown on Summer Street. I watch it time and time again. I don't think that is the intention of these parking spaces. I noticed that other neighborhoods with resident parking spots near the T have different hours for non residents in order to prevent this. Can you look into this as an option for our street? Thanks.
