- Constituent reports rude service from a female caller from the Parking Clerk's office at 10:45am. She says the worker was abrupt and rude and unwilling to look for information in order to help her. Constituent reports that the worker was immediately trying to put her over to other departments when she could have done the work herself. She also said that the worker rudely told her to go search information on google. The next issue is that the office of the parking clerk is not updated with their information and keep recharging people for tickets that they have already paid off. Constituent is upset because her birthday is this month and she needs to renew her license.
