The Boston Public Works Construction Inspection Unit (CIU) Inspector investigated and determined the following:

The utility work is actually in pretty good shape

Its the roadway that needs resurfacing

Recommend you call 311 back and ask that the case be allocated to our roadway repair queue to be inspected by our engineers to possible add to a future paving program
