Description
Has been able to get through to the parking clerk and gets hung up on being told they have the problems to deal with, they will have to call back, etc. Constituent spoke with Denise who gave her personal email to send utility bills, said she would get back never did. Has been appplying since the car was obtained on 6/10 has called back numerous times, sent emails and still hasn't recieved any help on this issue but has recieved 3 tickets related to residential parking.
