- Lack of Response from Parking Clerks Office / Resident Parking. I have waited 2 months for my parking sticker. I followed all rules laid out by department. Emails don't get answered. Appointments are rare and futuristic. The Mayor needs to know this departments failure. I can not park near my home for fear of a daily ticket.
