- Parking Clerk will not allow me to get a new south Boston parking permit for my car. I've called and they hang up on me, I've emailed twice and they don't answer. I went in person and I'm not allowed in the building. They said I have to submit online and it takes 4 weeks. My car will get tickets all throughout these 4 weeks even though I am a resident. Please help
