- A little frustrated with the lack of communication from the parking clerk about resident permits. Just got new plates on the same car I currently have permits on. Submitted a new parking permit request and have not heard back from anyone, nor are emails being responded to. S/O at same address has also not received her permit despite submitting over a month ago.
