Description: I know this is probably DCR property, but the lights along this strip of the Harborwalk (for about 1/3 of a mile) are never working, so it's completely dark. Real public safety and health issue, given the rat problem there. Can this request be forwarded to DCR? I couldn't get in touch with them. Thank you
