Description: During the past week, on two occasions, we were met with dogs off leashes. In one incident, the dog peed on our belongings while the owner frantically tried to catch him. We asked him to leash his dog, he told us to go fuck ourselves. The second incident occurred last night when a dog starting jumping on my kids. I yelled for the owner who was across the field unaware of what was happening. My child was unharmed but it was luck.
