- A snow plow was parked (and vacant) in the middle of my street on Friday evening, blocking the final third of the street which made me unable to get to my parking spot. I parallel parked here, and discovered shortly afterwards that my side mirror had been hit and destroyed. It seems very likely to have been the snow plow. No note was left. I don't feel like I should have to pay for the repair--my car was parked at the time. Please help if you can, thank you!
