Description: Good morning, I am a concerned citizen, on Wednesday at 1400 I saw a big red northeastern truck try to cut the corner on a public skating line of kids and mothers who were entering the Kelly Outdoor rink. Thank god the park laborer had him stop and let the kids through. On Thursday the same thing happened with one of northeasterns white box trucks luckily the park laborer did the same thing and had to stop the truck from cutting children and mothers off.
